Do Allstate and State Farm agents have a post termination, non-compete clause in their contracts?
Probably more likely to be a non-solicit. My answer would be to read their respective contracts.

thank you for the response. do you have copies of such contracts?
You keep asking this. So I am guessing you are planning on either signing up with one of them or you are looking to recruit an agent who has been with Allstate or State Farm.
In the first case, just ask them for the contract. Tell them you want your attorney to review it prior to signing. If they say no, that is all you need to know.
In the second case, ask the agent to show you their copy of the signed contract. Then either review it or have an attorney review it.
A generic contract is meaningless here, you need the actual one that is signed or will be signed.
