Pre-Licensing Programs Reviews or Input?

I am looking at re-entering the insurance and investment field again, after many years in education. A number of years ago, I was an mutual fund and multiple lines insurance agent. Due to changes in life and circumstances, I went into education and am now retired and thinking about getting my life/health license again and need input on pre-licensing courses. What I am looking for is an online course.

I have tried to read up here in the forums but I'd just like to ask your opinions about the following schools. Any, pluses or minuses or are they all pretty much the same?

TIA.

Here are the schools I have found: (I am leaning towards TestTeachers or Kaplan at this point).

TestTeachers

Kaplan

ExamFX

A.D Banker & Company.

It's been 10 years for me, but I used A.D. Banker live courses.

Since you're in California, you might also want to check out Mike Russ insurance training too. I don't know if they offer an online training solution, but I've only heard good things about them.

Thanks for the quick response.

Just looked at Mike Russ, pretty pricey compared to the others (around $600 when the others are < $300).

I'd like to hear if people have a preference, primarily between TestTeachers and Kaplan, and if so, why.

thanks again :-)
