I've used them for Medicare leads and have actually had a decent close rate.

I had one of their reps HOUND me via cell phone, work phone, and email for a week straight. Even though I told him I didn't want to move forward, it did not matter. Eventually I told him that at one point I was considering using them, but the way their rep acted deterred me from doing so, and that I went to a competitor because they knew how to act professionally and Precise doesn't.
