Not exactly sure what you're asking. but why run the MVR with progressive in the first place? I would run the MVR with another carrier for two reasons:
1. progressive charges for unsold MVRs.
2. to some carriers, speeding is speeding. but other carriers differentiate between minor speeding and major speeding (15 mph over/under being the cutoff). an MVR from progressive simply shows speeding as speeding. Not really a big deal but it can be annoying sometimes.
