Well, to keep all the P&C agencies updated....A David Hand called me in Florida from Corporate at Progressive in Indiana. Seems he's a little uptight about the fact I went over his head twice. I have been terminated because I said something "racial". When I questioned him for the tape, he said we don't have to provide anything. I said let's cut the b.s.....the real reason is you are trying to take customers away from my book and undercut the agents who worked long and hard over the years to bring you business. I've spoken out about this more than once. Did not respond to that. Pretty much tells the story.....either let them go through your customers or move your book. Watch them.......do not leave a customer phone number or email in foragentsonly.com when quoting they will try to take it from you. After 23 years, I say to Progressive up your nose with a rubber hose.
