Prostate cancer a decade ago

Not saying this is fully underwritten but most of the fully underwritten (even non-med) have gone to a "have you ever" question for the big stuff like cancer.

Tahoe Ray. Exactly right. For fully underwritten on its "have you ever" on the big things and "in the last 5 or 10 years" on others. Not saying this app is universal for FU, but I'd be shocked if a carrier wasn't concerned about cancer at any point in a PI's life

They also want to know how the cancer was treated,.
Was the prostate removed, if so he should have a PSA level of 0
If rods were as a containment, he would need a PSA level of less than 1.
I would assume you saying cancer free means the prostate was removed.
After 10 years you should not have an underwriting issue.

My Client had surgery for cancer OVER ten years ago...yearly visits show no residual - cancer free. Was denied by GPM for simplified issue, was told not interested in underwriting approval and not eligible for FE.
