Protecting Your Credit Card After Open Enrollment?

Now that Open Enrollment has closed, what do each of you do to protect the credit card that you have filed with any Enrollment, Quoting, or Lead-related platforms that you won't be using much (if at all), until the next O.E.?

Do you cancel Norvax all-together, and remove your credit card info from the WBE's that won't be doing SEP enrollments?

There could be unauthorized internal and external(hacker) charges made to a card just sitting out there dormant in one of these systems. Thoughts?

For ACAExpress, here are is some info..

1. Since many of you used your CFS (Client Facing Site) link in email and other sorts of marketing it is possible someone clicks during SEP and enrolls. To make sure you get compensated you should consider removing from your "Contracts and Licensure Settings" carriers not paying commissions.

2 Check to see which pricing model you are on currently. Here are the basics for each implementation; Pro Express and Standard

Pro Express
$150.00 per month which includes, at no additional cost, the first 75 applications per month. Applications beyond the first 75 are $10.00 each, billed as they occur. If your Organization has multiple users setup with Pro Express the included applications are ‘pooled’ among them. For example, if you had 2 Pro Express users they would have 150 applications per month to draw from between them at no additional cost. When changing from Standard to Pro Express the payment method you provided will be charged pro-rated for the number of the days remaining in the month and the number of included transactions will be pro-rated as well.

NOTE! The 'pooled' applications may only be shared between Pro Express uses in the org in to which they are part of and are not available to those on Standard pricing model.

Billing for Pro Express is on or around the first of each month. Any user who is set to Pro Express on the billing renewal date will be charged the Pro Express fee using the default credit card for their profile.

Standard
$12.50 per application as they are processed. If no applications are processed, obviously there would not be any fees associated with Standard.

Here is how to change your implementation from Standard to Pro Express or vice versa.

In your Dashboard click on Org Settings on the left
Click the name of the agent you wish to change under Users
Click [change] below Pricing Type. If it shows: Standard [change], clicking [change] will change to Standard whereas if it shows ProExpress [change], clicking [change] will change to Pro Express.
Note - if your org has multiple users you will need to possibly change all of them to Pro Express or Vice versa. To do so simply follow the steps above for each user.

All agreements are month to month.
