Question About Selling Insurance in Georgia?

What is the best way to open an agency in Georgia for property and casualty? Need to know the proper process to take.

I am not a P&C agent, but I doubt it is any different here from other states. On the life & health side, the writing agent must be licensed. If commissions are paid to the agency, the agency must also be licensed but cannot act as the writing agent.
