Hate to admit it, but I had to look it up...Old English, obsolete means "without horns" so we can assume that one of them is "notted".

I'm pretty sure it was a typo. I think he meant "noted".

That's what I was thinking....if your noticing better rates why not tell your existing client? That way it appears that you are actually looking out for them, which should lead to referrals and everything else.
