Does any one have decent medicare or health insurance quote templates they use for emailing? And if you don't fill them in by hand what are you using to generate any email quotes you might send? I understand not everyone does, I simply am just looking for some nice ways to present my information.

I received this presentation recently. It allows the customer to compare options side by side. There's more to the page but you get the idea. I don't know what software was involved.
