As a new scratch agency barely able to scrape together enough money to pay all the bills. What is the first thing to spend money on that will get best return?

I just don't see how telemarketing works. I bought a t-65 list and made over 2,000 dials and set 7 appointments. For direct mail are you referring to mortgage mailers? Went to the local library to get a library card and get access to ReferenceUSA, can someone link me to a thread the may explain how to use that for generating a list? Door knocking is the only way I have been able to get people to listen to me, but I feel like thats not a good use of time, I average something like 1 out of 30

I'm going to have to disagree. At $12.49 / 7 pack that's $1.78/pen. This guy is a new agent who needs to save. It is crucial to his success that he cap his pen budget at max $0.35/pen. You're talking about big boy pens josh. He'd have to at least sell 1 app / lifetime to afford quality like that.
