Rates Available Before 11/1/16?

Any information about earliest dates we can view 2017 rates from carriers?

Hard to talk to COBRA eligibles, and some on groups with open enrollment now who are getting an unknown bill come January 1 if they go on individual coverage.

My upline says estimate 20% over current rates on ave.

This year they are waiting until the Christmas season shopping season opens and all carriers eliminate commissions, typical election year strategy

Last year, Healthcare.gov Window Shopping did not start until October 25th. Five days before Open Enrollment began.

No mention of it this year at Healthcare.gov, for 2017 rates.
