I am rating some public transportation and some trucking risks out of the CAARP manual online but i am getting crazy rates so I am not sure if I am doing this right; I called CAARP they say they are not licensed to quote( ???!!) and they suggest to call the carrier after submission of an application??
does anyone know any resources online?
for example I am getting $8700 FOR $300,000 OF Auto Liability for Livery in CA? is this realistic?
