Pre-internet in the late 1980s, seniors furor over balance billing led to Congressional hearings, legislation, and... BB seemed to stop.

When choosing plan F vs. N, have noticed that some agents are striking fear into N buyers saying they WILL be open to present-day balance billing by specialists, surgeons, etc. True or atmospheric gas?

Ladies and Gents... what is the truth about balance billing perils TODAY for the Medicare supplement buyer ?

Does the 4-15-2015 "doc fix" have any long term effects? Better or worse?

Thanking you in advance for your wisdom.

Answer this and you will answer your own question. Why is plan F and plan C so close in price?

The Mayo Clinic website says they balance bill non-residents but also has a list of services, such as lab, they are prohibited from balance billing. That's all I'm aware of.

Over 70% of my clients have Plan N. I have yet to get my 1st call about excess charges.

Wait for it...."You mean 7 of your 10 clients have Plan N?" There, I wrote it first.

I just figured you were rounding up. Because we all know only 2 of your 3 clients have Plan N.
