Over 70% of my clients have Plan N. I have yet to get my 1st call about excess charges.

1. Don't you have a Plan N vs F comparison chart you use with clients ?

2. How much detail do you go into regarding plan N not covering part B excess charges ? (Rest of you jump in there as well)

I usually sell plan N also but today this lady said she'll will be going to Mayo clinic in January and if they cover Medicare. I did a quick search and found out they do not accept assignment to Medicare so we went with plan F for now

Generally send the benefit chart generated by CSG. For those that actually need to see the two plans side by side I send one from my quote engine

None, unless they ask. 8 of the 10 plans don't cover xs charges. if it were a big deal we would talk about it.
