I am a realtor and am buying a home with my wife. I have ran into a problem I have never seen before with insurance. The driveway has a railroad that goes through it (CN railroad), and they require in order to purchase the property we have :
Commercial Liability Policy 5/10 million, with a railroad exclusion
An incident has never been recorded and it is highly unlikely it ever would. Regardless I have not been able to find anyone who would issue this policy for us and on top of that it has to be affordable.
I have googled and asked a ton of agencies, I had 3 good local agents trying to find someone who would issue it, and nothing.
Please if you actually know of someone that would for sure do it let me know.
