Long term lurker--just got on to spout a couple of things

Worked with Chris at Lead Connections--we used to call "Radius" mail

Promoting a DUAL plan--I put together a list of Low Income Seniors buildings

Gave the addresses and the number of units in each building to Chris

Mailed JUST to those buildings with really good accuracy

Mailed 2000 pcs got close to a 6% return and really rang up the sales

Some of the buildings let me set up an kiosk in the meeting area

Cant remember what Chris called it----$8 DM leads are AWESOME!!!

I got 5.3% on my April T65 mailer. 6% is great and all but hitting all duals would drive me nuts. I purposely only hit the $25k to $125k range to weed out the duals.

The POINT being--if you have or are interested in prospects that live in the same building or complex of buildings You can reach them for FAR FAR less than a Demographic mailer. PLUS you can work with Building Management for other business, AEP kiosk etc

Could also be a complex that is very expensive and therefore has high income retirees......or all of a specific religion.....CATHOLIC retirement center......

We had a DUAL for the first time ever in two counties so wide open ground

DUALs often have all their affairs so hosed up---help them with their MA, FE, Medicaid, SNAP etc---they are yours for life and send others to you out of gratitude. Get the Service Coordinator to be a fan of yours and they will BRING you business
