I'm actually in TN (Herb was gracious enough to offer but he is In TX). I can tell you I wouldn't write Oxford here or anywhere else for that matter... their rate has went up substantially lately. If you haven't passed it on yet I can help him. Otherwise I'm sure Herb would be able to get him taken care of.
