Referral - PA Under 65

I have a Med Supp client whose wife lost coverage when he retired. She is 63 and in great health and needs coverage. She tried the exchange, didn't qualify for a subsidy and couldn't afford the premiums. Would any indy agent want this lead? She wants to know if there might by plans off the exchange that would at least cover catastrophic illness or perhaps even routine coverage for a better price.
