I was wondering if there's anyplace on the net where you can get concepts, definitions, rules and regulations. You know, that stuff from insurance school which I'm sure all of ya loved.

Neither. Apparently it would be the CEO's of the so-called "non-profit" pseudo-regulatory bodies like FINRA et. al. to which you may be so dearly beholden, that produce....what?...to earn their money. And how exactly do you measure their effectiveness?
