Is there a market that insures An entire repo operation GL Auto WC etc premium under 50k in Il

I have written some of these - They are hefty premiums but A HEADACHE!
Most often they have to be pieced together. The most recent one I wrote I placed the CA and On Hook with Berkshire / The GL with Scottsdale / The wrongful repossession with Atlantic Casualty (I Think) Garage Keepers with Western Heritage and WC with a small regional WC carrier. WC is written under the trucking class code - That particular account was a start-up and it is now right around $50K.
I have heard that American Modern has a program for this bundled but they have one agent that has the sole contract to do it. Carriers are getting away from this market - thanks to the TV shows dramatizing the industry.
