I am new to the forum so I hope my post is not inappropriate. If so, I appologize in advance.

My name is Jay Davis. I am a specialist in the retirement plan field and I am hoping to work with some of the successful agents on this forum.

Summary

I work with a team of advisors. We practice in the field of retirement plan design and fiduciary management.

It is important to understand, we do not represent any specific investment company, or products. We are an Independent Advisor and Accredited Fiduciary.

We work toward three main goals:

• 1st: We work to bring value to a company by increasing awareness of their esponsibilities . . . and helping to maintain alignment with the laws and guidelines set forth by the Department of Labor and ERISA.
• 2nd: We work to enhance the benefits of a plan to its' employees through proper education, while maintaining proper investment options and fund selection.
• 3rd: We work to create a due diligence process whereby all decisions are documented and shown to have been made in the best interest of the plans participants, which is required by the Department of Labor.

We serve the greater Southern California area.

Unless your post was compliance approved, posting your actual name in a public forum can put your career in jeopardy if you piss off the wrong person. Especially when you come here and spam us for business. Seriously, I know of people who pissed off someone in a public forum and that person sent their past posts to that rep's compliance department. I would suggest editing your post to remove your name.
