I am in need of a virtual phone # or more than 1... I don't need the "system", just the virtual greeting that I can choose to forward to where I want or send to vmail.

Suggestions on where to look?

LOL....wow....might be a great opportunity to grab a whole bunch of vanity numbers, but I dunno it's like having a .ca or.inda or .au domain name? Kinda iffy?

Depends on how you use it.

I mostly just use it on my pc.

If you need multiple lines, you can open multiple chrome icognito windows, one for each gmail account you use(one gmail account for each gv number).

I would just get an multi-line ip phone and get an unlimited plan from a VOIP provider, also keep in mind you can't move your GV number (port) to another provider, since it's free....fyi.

or you can use a softphone like x-lite or expresstalk or so I am told....I have had trouble configuring it.
