How competitive are Safeco's rates currently?

What is their "sweetspot" with their products?

Are they easy to work with as an independent agent?

I am with their parent company so we have many of the same guidelines for underwrting.

Safeco is a great company, rates seem to be competitive across the nation.

They most likely target the married, college educated, 2 car families.

I am not sure about how easy they are to work with since I am captive but I think they can be somewhat tricky to get appointed with.

Safeco is strict on credit and there rate on homeowners is not that competitive.
But it aslo makes a differnce your loction.
