Sales Sentinel/Gorman Training-Upload Work-Around

I've emailed Gorman.
I'm stuck at Modulal4 completed and passed and Can't move to 5 Compliance.
All Gormans response said is they're working on it.
What does that mean and how long will it take.
Is there anything that can be done to hurry-up the process??
 
Better Call Saul! Or send a certain home office guy a bag of cheeseburgers pronto...

This has been happening since the Aug 5th rollout, seems they could have gotten it fixed in that first week before everyone jumped on it. Don't know if you called the CMS compliance phone number and complained that would get you anywhere or not.
 
As of 7:04 A.M., I was finally in approved status as per the Dashboard. On the other hand, the Programs screen lists "in Progress" and nothing under ready to sell.

I started it on 07/15. After the continued problems from last year, I went after this training first. Good thing too, I might actually get to sell it during OEP.
 
Well, Blue Cross in Kansas City didn't talk about the training or how it would be completed until their meeting on 8/30 - so no way to really attempt it earlier & now it seems to be a mess. Guess I may not be able to sell their product if it keeps up. Lots to do in the next few weeks . . . bummer.
