Sales Support, Technology Support, and Value Added Services

Hello,

I am trying to compare life insurance companies in terms of their support to agents.

Basically I want to know what kind of sales support (staff sales support), technology support, training, value add programs (such as marketing support) they offer.

I am interested in companies using tied agents, such as NYL, PRU, Northwestern Mutual.

Don't know if this will be much of a help, but it will be tough to get a genuine, honest answer to this question unless the person answering has live a stretch at a myriad of firms...

The problem as well is the training can vary so significantly in a company office to office. I would guess NML is the most consistent, franchise like office.
