I’m a bit curious, why do you folks use send out cards or send letters via snail mail at all? What does it accomplish? Can’t think of the last time I got a letter that I didn’t just toss in the trash because it looked like an advertisement? Why not just start a conversation with your clients over email or chat (likely more for clients under 55)?

Why not both?

Under 55? Text those kids. Email, text, snailmail their 55+ parents They have the money, maturity and wisdom to understand the need. They ask to buy and keep it.

Once I get a sales email I hit spam and they are gone forever. I get calls regularly from people from a business card I mailed years ago.
