SEP Documents Deadline BEFORE Application Date: HELP!

I just enrolled today (March 28) a lady and her daughter due to loss of coverage when they lost Medicaid eligibility. Her loss of coverage date was Jan 31. Enrollment went fine, however, the Eligibility Document says she must submit proof of loss of coverage no later than MARCH 11. This obviously does not make any sense. Can someone explain what I should do (please don't tell me I have to call the Marketplace).
