Should I Sell Life Settlements....

Stay away from any type of fractional life settlement investment. These investments rarely work and usually require a capital call at the end of the projected time period. You will make a killing (usually 9% of money raised) but you will lose all your clients once the investment goes bust.

I am contracted with a fractional life settlement company and my clients have done quite well.

All policies are bought from people over the age of 80 that have health issues. The life expectancies tend to be under 5 years and the premium in the escrow account is set aside for several years past the life expectancy to lower the risk to having a premium call.

I have been nothing but happy with this arrangement.
