Should you still say "Obamacare"?

I see a trend, so let's open it up for discussion:

When you say "an ACA plan", the prospect/client says "what?".
When you say "Affordable Care Act plan (for $800/mo)", they say "uhhh?"
When you say "Obamacare", there is no question about what type of plan you're discussing.

Will you, as an agent, still use this politically incorrect label during Open Enrollment or marketing?

Is there some hidden message in "Medicare Supplement" we're missing?
Is your logo, website content or colors offensive?

Asking for a friend.

looks like we will be calling it trumpcare......

I thought that was STM, once it was allowed to go under his watch in a lot of States?

Or, maybe not, because all pre-ex was supposed to be covered.

Obama embraced the term Obamacare. I don’t see that as offensive at all. He considered it his greatest achievement.

Bush should have named Medicare Advantage plans as BushCare. Would have made people remember one of his greatest achievements.

Donald has done nothing good for healthcare other than reduce some of the regulation. Maybe in his 2nd term he can get something going. But he doesn’t seem to have any real interest or focus on it.
