SilverScript PDP Rant

The laws surrounding PDP/MA are idiotic. We all know this. I could write a post just on that, but my specific rant is with SilverScript. During their training, they tell you "Do NOT contact us if you have any questions, we pay your upline so they can deal with your problems", if you try calling SS, it goes directly to a voicemail. I left a message and 3 days later they called back telling me to call my upline. WHAT?!

2ndly. If you fill out paper applications, you still need to enter ALL of the information onto their website. Forcing us to do the job they should be paying a secretary to do! Not only that, if you don't enter the electronic information into their system within 24 hours of receiving the application, you "forfeit your commissions"..!

I wouldn't mind doing entirely electronic applications with the client at the time of sale, but in order to eSign, the client needs an email.. And all of this for a $26 commission? Good God. I have never had to do so much work for so little commission.

Are the other PDP companies this awful?

I have SS with Senior Marketing Specialists. If you don't want to enter the data in the portal(which I don't), you can e-mail or fax it to SMS within 24 hours and they'll enter the data for you(on a paper app done face to face)...so you don't have to do it twice. Might as well let them do what they're getting paid for.

If you use the e-app(face to face) you don't have to enter the data in the portal.

If you only get $26, you're taking it in the shorts.:bump: I get $32 for renewals and $64 for first timers.

Why even bother? Send the client an email enrollment link that they can complete in under 5 minutes, there is no other documentation needed.

If they can't figure that out to get themselves a good Part D plan it's on them, not you.

Did 2 via email today...easy peasy..(did I just say that...).

They do have to have an email...and all 10 of my clients do.

My mistake, I am getting paid $63, so not too bad.

Regarding the face to face e-app, does it require the client have an email for e-signature?

Don't do it at all and make nothing. Helping customers gets referrals. Put in a little work, what other job can you make $36. bucks for 5 minutes of typing.
You sound like a spoiled brat to me. Happy aep bud.

Correction, it's $63, yet I make several times that every hour I'm working. Today I made 7 sales/over 4 grand, but it's okay buddy, I'm sure your time isn't as valuable as mine.
And a happy aep to you, boy :)
