Ok with simplified issue or EZ underwriting (if clients would likely qualify-I do not think they would but I am not active in this space)
Female, 6/11/1952, non smoker, 5'3-230 lbs, afib, lisinopril 1 x day
Male, 5/16/1951, non smoker, 6'2-210 lbs, afib, fecainide 2x day, warfarin 1 x day
No hospitalizations in the last year.
