I have a single account left in IL that I would like to sell. It is a high end urban landscaping client. They have the following premiums:
CPP: $7,500
BAP: $18,000
WC: $23,000
Umb: $4,000
Travelers has the Umbrella, BAP, and CPP at 15%. Applied Underwriters has the WC at 7.5%. Applies will appoint anyone who will take the business, so as long as you have Travelers this should work.
Total commission is $6000. They are the type of client who concentrates on their business. They have not shopped the account since I took it over. I will do a good hand off so they will not shop the new producer either. Just shop them yourself every year and give them the results, and they will be happy.
