Also why are you just looking for a BOP? Usually Banks are written in a bundle with a whole bunch of other important policies/coverages. Zurich has a program I think you could access. Although this might be getting in over you head.

I must say that I don't know..however is this just a standard bop for a tenant? What does the run for an office in NYC?

He's not really a bank just a lender and I've explained to him the coverage he needs and currently is just interested in getting in his office and getting his landlord a cert.
I asked travelers and they said they don't like banks. Maybe they don't like me.
Office policies are cheap like they are here in PA. $400-$1000
Appreciate all your help, he got a policy with State Farm. I can't imagine them having a class for a lender but glad it's done with.
