So I'm done with United Home Life

All most a year ago I wrote a policy with United Home Life. According to them they never received a document even though the lady signed it in front of me. Even though it was sent to them via email and fax by me. I even went so far to request a mailing address for said form, which was never sent to me.

So they cancel the policy and do a charge back. Fine. It happens. Strike 1.

Now they are threatening me with a Vector because they never got the chargeback paid. Only I'm able to show them a canceled check for the chargeback. Strike 2.

Care to guess what happened?

I will not do business with them again. I don't recommend you do business with them. Now I got to figure out how to get this mess cleared up. Ideas?
