Client's situation- Current age 64. On Social Security Disability for over 5 years. His wife is working, he get health insurance through her ER. He did not take/nor on Part B. She is now retiring and he is losing that ER health insurance. Is he able to apply for Part B now? Does the fact that he rejected Part B earlier/on SSDI/still under 65- does that throw a money wrench into things?

No money wrench. SEP for Part B. Her employer will need to complete RFEI.
