As an independent - What software does everyone use to keep all the client information organized in one place?

It does not matter what everyone else uses. What matters is what YOU like and what works for YOU.

I prefer web-based systems and use SugarCRM but I also recommend FreeCRM.

    YMMV.

We use AMS AFW and like it but there latest version may be all that is offered now which is AMS 360 and is web based with all the bells and whistles but I don't think it comes cheap. Others I talk to either use AMS or Applied.

After looking at everything out there, I decided recently on Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. Whether that was a good decisions remains to be seen.

Note: Business Contact Manager is an addition to standard Outlook. If you get the program, make sure you are paying the extra $50 or so for BCM.
