I'm sure when you only have a few policies, it's easy to keep track of all commissions (new and renewals).
However, once you get a few dozen, then a few hundred, etc. it's quite cumbersome and inefficient to check each commission with its corresponding policy.
There must be some software that does this. Does the FMO offer this? Or some separate software?
The point is to obviously track commissions to policies to make sure everything is in order. If a policy is missing the monthly commission, then obviously you investigate.
