steam apparatus - explosion of steam boilers/pipes/equipment
so steam heat in older buildings are excluded?
collapse - collapse exlusion - an abrupt falling down or ccaving in, loss os structural integrity, cracking, bulging or sagging.
doesnt this conflict with "tearing apart" and then falling down?
