Those of us that listen to talk radio heard that the BPStar program was implemented to keep the seniors from freaking out in an election year (2012). Looks like CMS will only be awarding those that are 4.0 or better. Good reading.

Not sure. One of my carriers is already touting a new 4.0 in its sneak peak. It had either a 3 or too new to measure before.

Aetna/Coventry. They've achieved a 4.0 on many of their plans. Most of the others are 3.0 and 3.5 as of now. CIP has been floundering forever. I don't know how it stays in business..
