State Farm or All State

I have been dwelling with life, health, ACA, etc with my 215 license for some years now. Recently I've been bombarded with options to join State Farm or All State as a staff agent which would incur in obtaining a 440 license which is no big deal.
I'd really appreciate feed back regarding cons and pros for both companies.
