Tennessee's Co-Op, Community Health Alliance, was so successful with enrolling large numbers of residents for 2015, it might not be able to do any 2016 enrollments.

They were cheaper than BCBST network E that is so restrictive that is should have 0 claims because there are almost no providers in network. Anything with premiums under the S network isn't planning on paying many claims. The Blues are eating the other carrier's lunch.

I'm personally not looking forward to my premiums jumping by $250 come 1/1.
