You'll probably get widely different answers. I had heard that they were a sort of franchise type of set up. You would "buy an area" and recruit agencies to work under you. Thus, that "owner" would determine their own contract details. So what one person may say ( and be 100% true) for their situation and "owner", would be different for another person.

I believe there is an exit clause/penalty - especially if you intend to take your book. If not, there may be a work around. Never know until you ask.
