Street Contracts?

If you aren't getting above street contract you are a sucker plain and simple

Plenty of people and organizations on and off this forum who can accommodate.

Examole. A lot of the major players who are in final expense on. This forum may offer 120 or 125 with Mutual of Omaha. However many people can easily get 130 or 135 with no proof of production.

You always say there are places that do this, yet you never name any. Why don't you go ahead and throw out a few names for us if you know so much?

"Street Comp" SHOULDNT be different between BGAs. However, there are unethical BGAs out there which will lie and tell you they pay "Street Comp" and then when you call them out on it they say "well its "our" street comp"... which is an outright lie.

Street Comp is the base comp level for agents set by the carrier. Period. End of story. If any IMO tells you different stay away from them. And always get a copy of your comp grid BEFORE submitting a case.

There are BGAs that will pay above street. But most are not going to do that for a 1 off case for a random agent they dont know (unless its a really big case) ... or for a green agent. And I dont blame them.

Its means 40% of a street commission

More than likely they are providing leads and equipment if that's the case

Also You may want to know are you being paid by the carrier or the FMO

My guess is $720 is what she makes other $1080 goes to house to cover lead expenses, etc

I work in the hood... no one wants to have a street contract out on them.
