Is anyone aware of a plan that would supplement deductibles for a maternity claim. Not pregnant now but in the future, they are looking for maternity and wanted to know if there are any options.

Agents ran those plans into the ground back before the market crash in 2008. Almost every pregnancy claims winds up being a loss for the insurer. Policyholder almost always cancels after they deliver.

Thanks
It would be nice if they had a one year or two-year wait before they would pay for maternity
At least individuals could then plan

Central United has HI plans that will cover normal childbirth and so does United National Life if they are in your state.

Central United Life's Out of Pocket Protection Plan will pay a lump sum of up to $6,350 (client's choice of $2,500/$5,000/$6,350) on their first hospital admission even on maternity. Pricing is very reasonable also. What state are you in?
