    Wellness for Life offers policy owners discounts on their cost of insurance charges if they visit the doctor at least once every other year. They can earn greater discounts if they manage their weight within an individualized range determined when they buy their policy. All they’re required to do is submit the form from their doctor at least every other year. It’s that simple.
