Switching from Applied DORIS to Another Agency Mgmt System

We are a small independent agency (3-4 producers, 3-4 CSRS), we have been using DORIS since the beginning and I know we need to upgrade our system into something newer. Has anyone experienced switching from DORIS around something else? How difficult was the process? Which system(s) do you recommend?
