1, not Ipad. I have an android phone and Windows laptop

2, internet access. I have T-mobile. Should I get maybe Verizon incase there is no T-mobile signal?

3, does size matter? I will mostly use it in coffee shops, restaurants and an occasional travel appointment. So having the ability to do eapps along with fillable pdfs. I have an 250 HP all in one to print and scan.

Of course Bluetooth, ability to connect to wifi
