Tax Prof. in Lower Bucks PA Wants an Arrangement for P&C Business with Independent Agent

I am an experienced tax professional with a following starting a new tax prep operation. I have a P&C license not hanging with anyone. I would like to partner of with an independent agent in the area to handle the inquiries/ business that can be generated.

Should I also get my L&H license ?

Any advice on Do's and Don'ts would be greatly appreciated.
