I am thinking of hiring either a telemarketer for cold calling,where I train her and buy the list online, properly this will be an hourly pay; she would call and collect data and I prepare the proposal, Or hire a licensed agent to do the same job for a regular salary or commission cut, I cant decide which is better fro the long run?
if I want hire a telemarketer can I can find a company that will provide me leads and the needed script like the whole solution in a box, I am impatient and don't have the stomach to train!
In case I hire a licensed agent, it looks better as he can sell also for let say 50/50 cut!
Which is better on the long run? my target would be small commercial auto accounts in CA mainly.
